Description:
The chili peppers, about 5 cm long, have a medium spiciness and a pleasant aroma. It is suitable for the preparation of spicy pasta dishes and can generally be used like any other variety to spice up any dish.

Cook the pods as a whole or cut them up beforehand. To facilitate the chopping you can soak the hot peppers in a little hot water beforehand.
