Description:
Own composed spice mixture from the house of Gewürz Mayer. With this mixture you can conjure up tasty mulled wine or children's punch in no time. All necessary spices are already included. The small package is enough for the preparation of 4-5 liters of mulled wine, the large for 16-20 liters.
Many of our customers also use this blend to prepare Christmas red cabbage.
Usage:
For mulled wine or children's punch:
10 grams of mulled wine spice is sufficient to prepare one liter of mulled wine or children's punch. The best result is achieved when you boil the spice in a little water for about 5-10 minutes and then add it to the wine or fruit juice. Sugar the wine and heat it to a maximum of 70° C, otherwise it will taste bland and all the alcohol will evaporate. The most suitable is drinkable red wine. For children's punch, the same preparation is recommended with apple, orange, cherry or currant juice.
For red cabbage:
Put a little two teaspoons of the spice mixture to prepare 500g of red cabbage in a tea egg and let it simmer in the liquid.
