Description:
This Pacific sea salt gets its interesting color from the addition of finely ground green tea.
The green Hawaii Sea Salt is flavorful with fine fish dishes, such as sushi or sashimi, and adds a characteristic note to Chinese meat dishes.
 
Usage:
Use the green Hawaii sea salt according to taste. Due to the hygroscopic ("water drawing") property of salt, meat should be salted just before cooking to avoid extracting valuable juices from the fried food.
