Description:
Garlic is one of the oldest cultivated plants. It is appreciated all over the world. In the Mediterranean area there are numerous sauces based on garlic, such as the Spanish aioli or the French rouille. And probably almost no Italian pasta can do without a greater or lesser amount of the aromatic spice.

In India and Thailand, garlic is a component of most curries and masallas. In the Orient it is often used for vegetable pastes and stews.

We source our garlic from a small farm in southern Spain. It is much more aromatic than the Chinese garlic usually available on the market and also a bit sweeter.

Usage:
Use the garlic powder in the same quantity as dried cloves. One unheaped teaspoon is roughly equivalent to one clove of garlic.

Aioli, rouille, spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino, hummus, babaganush, Thai green curry, bumbu, kimch'i, tapas, pesto, mojo sauce.
